 1. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR SIGNAGE. SHEET SP
 1.0 SHOULD BE UPDATED TO REMOVE THE FREESTANDING
 SIGNAGE OR A NOTATION INCLUDED INDICATING THAT THE
 FREESTANDING SIGN WILL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN SUBMITTING A PERMIT FOR
 THE FREESTANDING SIGN, CORRECTIONS MADE TO THE PLANS
 THROUGH THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS IN
 PLANNING AND ZONING WERE NOT CARRIED THROUGH. THESE
 REDLINES INCLUDED CORRECTIONS TO THE CALCULATIONS AND
 INCLUSION OF SETBACK INFORMATION WHICH WILL NEED TO BE
 ADDRESSED ON THE SEPARATE FREESTANDING SIGN PERMIT.
  
 2. SHEET SP 1.0 HAS A NOTATION FOR "FUTURE ACCENT
 LIGHTING", HOWEVER, SHEETS E 0.1 AND E 1.1 INCLUDES THE
 PROPOSED LIGHTING FOR PERMITTING. PLEASE UPDATE SHEET
 SP 1.0 AS IT IS NOT 'FUTURE' LIGHTING.
  
 3. PER CONDITIONS THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT FOR THE PROPOSED CHANGES SHEET E 1.1 NEEDS TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC. 94-207(D)(8) AND
 94-309(A) REGULATING GLARE AND LIGHT SPILLAGE AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 4. WALL SIGNAGE INDICATED ON SHEET A 4.0 FOR FUTURE
 INSTALLATION WILL REQUIRE A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT APPLICATION BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY
 THE ZONING DIVISION PRIOR TO PERMITTING.
  
 5. IF RECONFIGURATION OF THE PLANTER AREAS IN FRONT OF
 THE BUILDING REQUIRES RELOCATION, REMOVAL, AND/OR
 REPLACEMENT OF TREE(S), THEN A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 SHALL BE OBTAINED.
  
 6. REFERENCES TO ZLDR CODE SECTIONS CAN BE ACCESSED

 7. PURSUANT TO THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REGULATIONS
 (CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE V) AN ART
 ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED WHEN THE VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION
 VALUE OF ALL NEW PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, NEW CONSTRUCTION,
 RENOVATION OR REMODELING IS EQUAL TO OR EXCEEDS
 $500,000. PLEASE COMPLETE AN ART IN PUBLIC PLACES FORM
 AND SUBMIT TO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. THE FORM IS
 AVAILABLE THROUGH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OR BY
 CONTACTING ME.
