 1) MORSELIFE IS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SO PRIOR TO THE
 INSTALLATION OF SIGNS; THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE AMENDED
 VIA A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO SHOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE SIGNS. THE SIGNS SHALL NOT INTERFERE
 WITH EXISTING LANDSCAPE. PLEASE NOTE THAT MORSELIFE
 CURRENTLY HAS AN AMENDMENT IN PROCESS THAT THE SIGN
 LOCATIONS MAY BE ADDED TO.
  
 2) THE MORSELIFE CAMPUS HAS USED UP ITS ALLOTMENT OF
 FREESTANDING SIGNS PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. NONE OF THE SIGNS INCLUDED
 WITH THIS APPLICATION MAY INCLUDE THE MORSELIFE NAME OR
 LOGO.
  
 3) THE SHEET WITH THE COLOR ELEVATIONS OF EACH SIGN
 SHOWS TWO DIFFERENT SIZED SIGNS, BUT ONLY SHOWS THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE A TYPE SIGN.
  
 4) THE CONSTRUCTION SHEET PREPARED BY FERRIN SIGNS DOES
 NOT SHOW THE DIMENSIONS FOR SIGN TYPE B.
  
 5) SIGN A-1 (PARKING AREA IDENTIFICATION SIGN) MAY ONLY
 CONTAIN FOUR (4) SQUARE FEET PER SIGN FACE, NOT 11.2
 SQUARE FEET AS SHOWN.
  
 6) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN AT A BIGGER SCALE TO VERIFY THAT
 SIGN A-1 DOES NOT BLOCK THE VISIBILITY OF DRIVERS
 LEAVING THE SITE.
  
 7) THE B TYPE SIGNS (PARKING AREA AND INSTRUCTIONAL AND
 RELATED SIGNS) MAY NOT EXCEED SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 8) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN AT A BIGGER SCALE TO VERIFY THAT
 SIGNS A-3, A-4 AND A-7 DO NOT BLOCK THE VISIBILITY OF
 DRIVERS LEAVING THE RESPECTIVE PARKING BAYS TO ACCESS
 THE ACCESS DRIVEWAYS.
