 1. PROVIDE PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED SHED, FBC 2010
 RESIDENTIAL 301.
  
 2. FYI - OWNER BUILDER PERMITS NOT ALLOWED FOR RENTAL
 PROPERTIES. A HOLD HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE FENCE PERMIT
 WHICH WAS ISSUED IN ERROR. SUBMIT A CHANGE OF
 CONTRACTOR AND APPLICATION FROM A CONTRACTOR LICENSED
 TO PERFORM THIS WORK. IF THIS IS NOT DONE WITHIN SEVEN
 WORKING DAYS, THE FENCE PERMIT WILL BE REVOKED (MADE
 VOID).
  
 3. SEE FLORIDA STATUTE 489, EXEMPTIONS:
  
 (20) THE SALE, DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY, OR TIE-DOWN OF
 PREFABRICATED PORTABLE SHEDS THAT ARE NOT MORE THAN 250
 SQUARE FEET IN INTERIOR SIZE AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR
 USE AS A RESIDENCE OR AS LIVING QUARTERS. THIS
 EXEMPTION MAY NOT BE CONSTRUED TO INTERFERE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE OR ANY APPLICABLE LOCAL TECHNICAL
 AMENDMENT TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, LOCAL LICENSURE
 REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHER LOCAL ORDINANCE PROVISIONS.
  
 (21) THE SALE, DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY, OR TIE-DOWN OF LAWN
 STORAGE BUILDINGS AND STORAGE BUILDINGS NOT EXCEEDING
 400 SQUARE FEET AND BEARING THE INSIGNIA OF APPROVAL
 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 IF THE PROPOSED SHED DOES NOT FALL UNDER ONE OF THE TWO
 EXEMPTIONS. A CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED.
  
 4. THIS PROPERTY HAS EXPIRED PERMITS. PLEASE RESOLVE.
  
 5. THE PLAN PROVIDED PROPOSES TO HAVE THE SHED ADJACENT
 TO THE EXISTING HOUSE AND STAIR. PROVIDE A DETAIL TO
 SHOW HOW THE STAIRS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED
 SHED. SHOW OPENINGS (WINDOWS/DOORS) ON THE SIDE WHICH
 WILL BE AGAINST THE EXIT STAIR WHICH SERVES THE 2ND
 FLOOR UNIT, FBC 107.

 A SKETCH WAS PROVIDED. SEE FBC 107, AN ARCHITECTURAL
 QUALITY PLAN, TO SCALE, WHICH ADDRESSES ALL POTENTIAL
 CODE RELATED ISSUES IS REQUIRED:
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).

 EGRESS OR ANY OTHER CODE ISSUES WAS NOT PROVIDED.

 BOX 5 "4" SLAB BOLTED WITH BOLTED NUT."
