 RIGHT-OF-WAY OR THE 54TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 B. LOCATION OF THE SIGN WILL NOT BE LOCATED IN THE SITE
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE OF THE INTERSECTION AS DEFINED IN
 ZLDR SEC. 94-305(E) - "...A TRIANGLE BEGINNING AT THE
 POINT WHERE PROPETY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20
 FEET ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY
 TO A POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM
 THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE TO THE POINT OF
 BEGINNING."
