 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE SITE DATE TABLE ON SHEET SP-3 SHOWS AN INCREASE
 IN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE ACADEMIC BUILDING TO
 16,030 SF, YET THIS IS NOT REFLECTED ON THE BUILDING
 SHOWN ON THE PLAN - STILL SHOWS THE BUILDING AS HAVING
 15,996 SF. THE BUILDING ON SHEET C.1 ALSO SHOWS AS
 15,966. PLANS MUST BE INTERNALLY CONSISTENT.
  
 2) THE SETBACKS LISTED ON THE SITE DATA TABLE FOR THE
 EXISTING PBDA CONTINUE TO SHOW THE INCORRECT FRONT
 (SOUTH) AND REAR (NORTH) SETBACK. NOTE: THIS WAS
 CORRECTED ON THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT DATED APRIL 21, 2017.
  
 3) THE NEW RAMP BETWEEN THE EXISTING AND THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING IS NOT SHOWN ON SP-3. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE
 SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 4) THE LOCATION OF THE NEW RAMP COMBINED WITH THE FENCE
 TO THE WEST OF THE BICYCLE RACKS, RESULT IN THE RACKS
 BEING BLOCKED AND NON-FUNCTIONAL. RELOCATE THE FENCE,
 THE BICYCLE RACKS OR THE RAMP SO THAT STUDENTS OR
 FACULTY WHO RIDE THEIR BICYCLES TO THE CAMPUS CAN
 ACCESS THE BICYCLE RACKS TO SECURE THEIR BICYCLES.
  
 5) SHEET AS3.2 SHOWS A NEW CANOPY PLAN DETAIL WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPOSED RAMP. THIS FAILS TO SHOW THE
 BICYCLE RACK AND FENCE MENTIONED IN COMMENT NO. 4. IT
 NEEDS TO SHOW ALL FEATURES IN THE AREA.
  
 6) SHEETS A1.01 AND A1.1 NEED TO SHOW THE BICYCLE RACK
 IF IT WILL REMAIN IN PLACE (THIS REQUIRES THE
 RELOCATION OF THE FENCE).
  
 7) THE OIL AND GAS INTERCEPTOR SHOWN ON SHEET C.1 MUST
 BE RELOCATED SO THAT IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE
 TREES APPROVED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IN THE SAME
 LOCATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CURRENTLY SHOWN
 IMPERVIOUS AREAS INCLUDE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE, SO
 STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE OGI BE LOCATED UNDERNEATH A
 SIDEWALK OR OTHER PAVED AREA.
  
 8) THE ROOF PLAN AND ELEVATIONS DO NOT SHOW ANY
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE ELEVATOR EXTENDING ABOVE
 THE ROOF. PLEASE VERIFY THIS IS CORRECT. STAFF IS USED
 TO SEEING ELEVATORS HAVE EQUIPMENT EXTEND ABOVE THE
 ROOFLINE.
  
 9) A NEW MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO REFLECT THE
 CHANGES BASED ON THE NEW BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
 THE RAMP.
