 1) THE COTLEUR HEARING SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE
 CORRECT DATA TABLES. THIS PLAN INCLUDES NEITHER THE
 TABLES ON THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PLANS NOR THE TABLES
 TO REFLECT THE PLANS UNDER REVIEW AS THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT. PROVIDE SHEET SP-3 AS UPDATED BY THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT COMMENTS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 22, 2017.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF AN UPDATED
 SURVEY SHOWING THE RELOCATED EASEMENTS AND ALL FEATURES
 IN THE AREA OF WORK. THE SURVEY NEEDS TO BE BASED ON
 THE RECENTLY RECORDED PLAT SO THAT IT IS AN ACCURATE
 DEPICTION OF THE SITE CONDITIONS SO THAT STAFF CAN
 VERIFY THAT THE BUILDING PLACEMENT COMPLIES WITH
 SETBACKS AND DOES NOT ENCROACH ON ANY EASEMENTS.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN PREPARED BY COTLEUR AND HEARING, DATED
 JANUARY 3, 2017, AND PROVIDED TO THE CITY AS PART OF
 THE MINOR AMENDMENT RESUBMITTAL SHOWS A SETBACK OF 24.1
 FEET TO THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE (CLOSEST POINT
 NORTHERN STAIRWAY) WHILE THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN
 PREPARED BY HARVARD JOLLY AND SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT
 SHOWS A SETBACK OF 22 FEET 1 INCHES. ALL PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THE SAME, ACCURATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE CIVIL PLAN DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY SETBACK
 INFORMATION WHICH STAFF COULD HAVE USED TO DETERMINE
 WHICH SET OF PLANS IS ACCURATE.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: IT APPEARS THAT THE WALKWAY CANOPY
 OVERHANGS THE NEW COCOANUT LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY, WHICH IS
 NOT PERMITTED. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED ONCE THE SURVEY IS
 REVISED BASED ON THE RECORDED PLAT. NOTE: THE CIVIL
 PLAN APPEARS TO SHOW A DIFFERENT CANOPY THAN THE SITE
 AND ARCHITECTURAL PLANS (NO SIDEWALK OVERHANG OF
 SIDEWALK ALONG RELOCATED COCOANUT LANE).
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. BICYCLE RACK
 C. NEW FENCES AND GATES.
 D. EXTERIOR SIGNAGE
 E. FLAG POLE
 F. SITE LIGHTING
 G. ARBOR STRUCTURE
 H. SECURITY KIOSK
