 1) ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL THE PLAT
 FOR THE REALIGNMENT OF COCOANUT AND TUXEDO LANES IS
 RECORDED. THIS PERMIT SHOWS BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
 WITHIN WHAT IS CURRENTLY CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 2) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT IS NO LONGER
 ACCURATE BASED ON THE RECENT ROADWAY REALIGNMENT, THE
 BUILDING DEMOLITION, AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 PARKING LOT AND FLAGLER DRIVE WALL. PROVIDE TWO COPIES
 OF AN UPDATED SURVEY SHOWING THE RELOCATED EASEMENTS
 AND ALL FEATURES IN THE AREA OF WORK. THE SURVEY NEEDS
 TO BE REVISED AFTER THE PLAT IS RECORDED SO THAT IT IS
 AN ACCURATE DEPICTION OF THE SITE CONDITIONS.
  
 3) REMOVE BUILDING #3 FROM THE CIVIL PLAN AS IT IS NOT
 BEING CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING, KIOSK, STAIRWAY AND CANOPY STRUCTURES ON THE
 PLANS TO THE PROPERTY LINES. THE PROPERTY LINES SHALL
 MATCH THE PROPERTY LINES AFTER THE PLAT IS RECORDED.
 THE SETBACKS SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE CLOSEST PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINES AND SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SITE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE CURRENT MINOR AMENDMENT DOES NOT CORRECTLY
 SHOW THE SETBACK TABLE ON THE COTLEUR HEARING MASTER
 PLAN.
  
 5) IT APPEARS THAT THE WALKWAY CANOPY OVERHANGS THE NEW
 COCOANUT LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 THIS WILL BE VERIFIED ONCE THE SURVEY IS REVISED BASED
 ON THE RECORDATION OF THE PLAT WHICH INCLUDES THE
 REALIGNMENT OF COCOANUT AND TUXEDO LANES.
  
 6) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY ALL OF THE WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE
 THE HORIZONTAL SUN CONTROL (ALL ELEVATIONS). THE NEW
 BUILDING WAS TO MIMIC THE EXISTING BUILDING IN THIS
 REGARD.
  
 7) REMOVE PLANS FOR THE GYMNASIUM BUILDING FROM THIS
 SUBMITTAL AS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS TO VERIFY THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP
 CHILLER IS SCREENED FROM VIEW FROM THE SOUTH AND WEST.
 THE SECTION SHEETS DO NOT SEEM TO SHOW THE WALL HIGH
 ENOUGH, ESPECIALLY FROM THE WEST WHERE THERE IS A GRADE
 DIFFERENTIAL TOWARD SOUTH OLIVE AVENUE.
  
 9) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. BICYCLE RACK
 C. NEW FENCES AND GATES.
 D. SIGNAGE
 E. FLAG POLE
 F. SITE LIGHTING
