 MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE ROUTE THROUGH THE FRONT;
 LONGER, GOES THROUGH AN EXIT STAIR, TWO DOORS, AND AN
 UNIDENTIFIED AREA. IF THIS IS PROPOSED AS THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, PLEASE GET THIS APPROVED VIA EMAIL
 PRIOR TO RESUBMITTAL BY SENDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 VIA EMAIL.
  
 4. A 1.6, THE TEXT IDENTIFYING THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

 WITH THE VOIDED PLAN SHEETS. ASSEMBLE TWO SETS OF
 SUPPLEMENTARY DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW.
  
 8. IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE STRUCTURAL CALCS PREVIOUSLY
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED ARE TO BE A PART OF THE PERMIT
 PACKAGE. THE BUILDING SIZE CHANGED, BUT NEW CALCS WERE
 NOT PROVIDED. IS IT THE INTENT THAT THE CALCS ALREADY
 PROVIDED BE UTILIZED AS THEY ARE MORE CONSERVATIVE, OR
 ARE THEY NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PERMIT RECORD?
  
 9. THE STRUCTURAL CALCS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED USE 180MPH
 AS DESIGN CRITERIA, PAGE S1.2 STATES 181MPH. CALCS

 TABLE 1604.5). CALCS USE EXPOSURE D, S1.2 STATES DESIGN
 CRITERIA IS EXPOSURE C (THIS APPEARS TO BE EXPOSURE D,

 REVISE S1.2 TO RISK CATEGORY III, EXPOSURE D, OR SEND
 JUSTIFICATION FOR PROPOSED WIND DESIGN CRITERIA VIA
 EMAIL IN ORDER TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED PRIOR TO

 AFTER ALL PLAN REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE AND PASSED. THE
 PLANS STAMPED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY AND THE RECEIPT
 SHOWING THAT FEES DUE HAVE BEEN PAID IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 15. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ALL COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING. ANY PRODUCT APPROVALS NOT SUBMITTED PRIOR TO
 PERMIT ISSUANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AS A
 REVISION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

 17. ADVISORY ONLY: THE PROPOSED FLOOD MAPS (CURRENTLY
 SCHEDULED TO TAKE EFFECT IN EARLY 2017), SHOW A THE BFE
 FOR THIS LOCATION OF 8.519 NGVD29 (CONVERTED FROM 7.0
 NAVD88). THEREFORE THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION (8.46
 NGVD29) IS LOWER THAN THE 100 YEAR FLOOD EVENT BASED ON
 THE MOST RECENT DATA. AS FIRMS (AKA FEMA FLOOD MAPS)
 ARE ROUNDED TO THE NEAREST FOOT, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT
 THE ACTUAL BFE IS UP TO .4 FEET HIGHER. APPLICANT IS
 ENCOURAGED TO INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE, FBC 1612. PLEASE
 FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION.
