 1A) DESCREPANCY IN PLANS. THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWS
 THIS OCCUPANCY TO BE AN EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY OCCUPANT
 LOAD FIGURED AT 20 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT. THE DESCREPANCY
 IS IN THE OCCUPANCY TO THE NORTH. SHEET A1 AND LS 1
 BOTH SHOW THE TENANT TO THE NORTH A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 WHERE AS THERE IS A EXPIRED PERMIT TO CHANGE THE
 OCCUPANCY FROM BUSINESS TO A3 A CHURCH (14081038). NOTE
 EXPIRED THE PERMIT NEVER GOT A FINAL 104. 9/25/2014
 FINAL INSPECTION 104 RESULTS ARE A INCOMPLETE, NEVER
 CALLED BACK IN.
  
 THE PLANS MAYBE CORRECT WITH THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY IF
 THE USAGE OF THE TENANT SPACE TO THE NORTH IS NOT A
 A3-OCCUPANCY A CHURCH.
  
 2) COMPLIED. SPRINKLERED BUILDING, OCCUPANT LOAD LESS
 THAN 50 SINGLE EXIT REQUIRED.
  
 3) PLEASE SEE PLUMBING COMMENTS ABOUT THE USE OF
 RESTROOMS. THE EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY DOES NOT SHOW ANY
 RESTROOMS WITHIN THEIR TENANCY.
 YOU CAN NOT GO THROUGH THE STORAGE OCCUPANCY TO GAIN
 ACCESS IN THE A-3 CHURH OCCUPANCY. THE OCCUPANT IS
 GOING INTO A MORE DANGEROUS OCCUPANCY BEING A S-2
 STORAGE OCCUPANCY . 2010 FBC-B 1014.2(4) EGRESS THROUGH
 ENTERVENING SPACES, EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH
 STORAGE ROOMS.
  
 4) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
