 2) IN REVIEWING THESE PLANS THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION IS DEFINED UNDER SECTION 2010 FBC-B
 303.1 EXCEPTION # 5. ACCESSORY RELIGIOUS EDUCATIONAL
 ROOMS AND RELIGIOUS AUDITORIUMS WITH OCCUPANT LOADS OF
 LESS THAN 100 ARE NOT CONSIDERED SEPARATE OCCUPANCIES.
 THERE FOR THIS OCCUPANCY SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A A3
 OCCUPANCY. UNLESS THIS SAME EDUCATIONAL ROOMS WILL BE
 USED AS A DAYCARE FACILITY DURING THE WORK WEEK. PLEASE
 INDICATE AS SUCH, BECAUSE IT WILL THEN FALL UNDER THE
 FBC-B CHAPTER 436 DAY-CARE OCCUPANCIES. NOTE IF THIS
 AREA IS DAYCARE IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCY BETWEEN DAYCARE AND EDUCATIONAL, THE MOST
 STRINGENT REQUIEMENTS OF EITHER OCCUPANCY WILL BE THE
 CODE SECTION REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE.
  
 3) IT IS ASSUMED THIS BUILDING IS NOT FIRE SPRINKLERED,
 IN DOING SUCH WITH THE A3 OCCUPANCY 930 SQ FT/ 15= 62
 OCCUPANTS AND WILL REQUIRE 2 EXITS 1/2 THE DIAGONAL
 DISTANCE OF THE ROOM APART. THE 1/2 THE DIAGONAL
 DISTANCE IS APPROXIMATELY 26 FT APART AND THE DOORS ARE
 ONLY 18 FT APART. PLEASE SEE THE 2010 FBC-B TABLE
 1015.1 WILL REQUIRED 2 EXITS SINCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS
 GREATER THAN 49 OCCUPANTS.
  
 4) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
