 REVISE AS REQUIRED OR PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE. B) SPECIFY SPACING OF 4"X8" ROOF VENTS.
 3- SHEET S1.00: A) SPECIFY ALL LIVE LOADS, INCLUDING
 THE ATTIC LIVE LOADS. SEE FOOT NOTES B AND G OF TABLE
 R301.5. ONLY THE DEAD LOADS WERE SPECIFIED.
 B) DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL 2X4 DOESN'T PROVIDE FULL
 SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAMING. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 REVISE DOOR INFORMATION ON PAGE 3 OF 6 TO-MATCH
 PLANS/PRODUCT APPROVALS. WHERE IS DOOR #2 ON PLANS?.
 C) COMPLETE THE COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST ON PAGE 6 OF 6.
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR: A) DOUBLE
 ENTRY DOOR SIZE AS SHOWN ON PLANS. B) CABANA STORAGE
 DOOR THAT MEETS THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
 6- ARCHITECT TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AND THE
 BAHAMAS SHUTTERS.
 7- PROVIDE BAHAMA SHUTTERS COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. REFERENCE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS PACKAGE AND
 ENGINEERED BEAMS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
