 FOR THE PLAN. PLEASE CORRECT AND DIMENSION THE OVERHANG
 INTO THE FRONT SETBACK. ACCORDING TO ZLDR SEC.
 94-305(B)(2) - "STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS, INCLUDEING BUT
 NOT LIMTED TO BALCONIES, CORNICES, GUTTERS, EAVES, AND
 ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN
 THREE FEET INTO ANY SETBACK."
  
 2. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IN
 CONFORMANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV SHALL BE SUBMITTED. (NOTE:
 ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. ? FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING
 UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE
 SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN
 SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. AND AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF. )
