 FORR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- SHEET G-1:

 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR , MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $485,032.
