 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECTDOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS

 1) THE ORIGINAL EXPIRED PERMIT # 13050172 FOR TRUSS
 REPAIR DOES NOT HAVE THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS S-1/ S-2
 SHEETS INCLUDED IN THIS PERMIT PACKAGE. IT APPEARS THAT
 THE CONTRACTOR IS TRYING TO DO A RENEWAL PERMIT AS WELL
 AS ADDITIONAL WORK NOT COVERED UNDER THE ORIGINAL SCOPE
 OF THE PERMIT. THE PERMIT PLANS UNDER THE PERMIT
 13050172 WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE RESTAMP OF
 PLANS TO THE NEW PERMIT TRACKING NUMBER. A SECOND SET
 WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR THE RECORD RETENSION FOR THE
 CITY.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2 CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL...
  
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.

 PLAN. THE FLOOR PLANS DO SHOW A BLUE LINE BEING BUILT
 ON TOP OF AN EXISTING ROOM, IS THIS TO BE A
 CONTINUATION OF THE EXISTING MEZZANINE?
 IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN FOR THE

 3) THE NEW OR MOVED MACHINERY WILL NEED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH :
 3A) 2010 FBC-B [F] 510.2.1 LUMBER YARDS AND WOODWORKING
 FACILITIES.
 EQUIPMENT OR MACHINERY LOCATED INSIDE BUILDINGS AT
 LUMBER YARDS AND WOODWORKING FACILITIES WHICH GENERATES
 OR EMITS COMBUSTIBLE DUST SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN
 APPROVED DUST-COLLECTION AND EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALLED
 IN CONFORMANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE. EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS THAT ARE USED TO
 COLLECT, PROCESS OR CONVEY COMBUSTIBLE DUSTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH AN APPROVED EXPLOSION-CONTROL
 SYSTEM.
  
 3B) 2010 FBC-B 511.1 DUST, STOCK AND REFUSE CONVEYING
 SYSTEMS.
 DUST, STOCK AND REFUSE CONVEYING SYSTEMS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 510 AND SECTIONS 511.1.1
 THROUGH 511.2. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THIS
 SECTION, DUST, STOCK AND REFUSE CONVEYING SYSTEMS SHALL
 ALSO COMPLY WITH SECTION 510 AND NFPA 91.
  
 3C) 2010 FBC-B F] 903.2.4.1 WOODWORKING OPERATIONS. AN
 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT
 ALL GROUP F-1 OCCUPANCY FIRE AREAS THAT CONTAIN
 WOODWORKING OPERATIONS IN EXCESS OF 2,500 SQUARE FEET
 (232 M2) IN AREA WHICH GENERATE FINELY DIVIDED
 COMBUSTIBLE WASTE OR USE FINELY DIVIDED COMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIALS.
  
 4) THERE IS A TECHNICAL SHEET MARKED AS EQUIPMENT # 27
 PLEASE PROVIDE THIS SHEET IN ENGLISH. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY
 OF BUILDING PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
