 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT

 AS WELL AS TIE THE FIRE RATED DOORS AND FRAME TO
 INTERLOCK INTO.

 2101.3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL SHOW ALL OF THE ITEMS
 REQUIRED BY THIS CODE INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. SPECIFIED SIZE, GRADE, TYPE AND LOCATION OF
 REINFORCEMENT, ANCHORS AND WALL TIES.
  
 2. REINFORCING BARS TO BE WELDED AND WELDING PROCEDURE.
  
 3. SIZE AND LOCATION OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS.
  
 4. PROVISIONS FOR DIMENSIONAL CHANGES RESULTING FROM
 ELASTIC DEFORMATION, CREEP, SHRINKAGE, TEMPERATURE AND
 MOISTURE.
  
 5. LOADS USED IN THE DESIGN OF MASONRY.
  
 6. SPECIFIED COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF MASONRY AT STATED
 AGES OR STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION FOR WHICH MASONRY IS
 DESIGNED, EXCEPT WHERE
 SPECIFICALLY EXEMPTED BY THIS CODE.
  
 7. DETAILS OF ANCHORAGE OF MASONRY TO STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS, FRAMES AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING THE

 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 3) THE CONTRACTOR SIGNATURE/ PRINT NAME IS SHOWN AS
 AMMON THAUR, THIS IS NOT THE QUALIFIER FOR BLUE OCEAN
 CONTRACTORS, THE QUALIFIER AS WELL AS THE OWNERS WILL
 NEED TO SIGN AND NOTIRIZE A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
