 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT

 EAST DOORS NOW SHOW ACCORDIAN STYLE DOORS ON BOTH SIDES
 OF THE OPENING/
 IS THIS A NEW DOOR CONFIGURATION THAT WILL REQUIRE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE OPENING AND THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD APPROVAL AS WELL.
  
 107.2.4 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR ALL BUILDINGS SHALL DESCRIBE THE EXTERIOR WALL
 ENVELOPE IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS CODE.
  
 107.2.4 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR ALL BUILDINGS SHALL DESCRIBE THE EXTERIOR WALL
 ENVELOPE IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS CODE. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING
 AND COORDINATING SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY
 OTHERS, INCLUDING PHASED AND DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS,
 FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 4A) SHEET 3.1 AND 4.1 BOTH SHOW THE ELEVATOR SHAFT AND
 AN AREA TO THE RIGHT OF THE ELEVATOR 12 X 14 FT. THIS
 AREA DOES NOT SHOW ANY TYPE OF USAGE, NOTE FROM THE
 FURRTHEST CORNER IN THIS AREA SEE FBC-B 1017.4.3 TABLE
 AND SEATING AISLE ACCESSWAY LENGTH. THE LENGTH OF
 TRAVEL ALONG THE AISLE ACCESSWAY SHALL NOT EXCEED 30
 FEET (9144 MM) FROM ANY SEAT TO THE POINT WHERE A
 PERSON HAS A CHOICE OF TWO OR MORE PATHS OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL TO SEPARATE EXITS.
  
 4B) THE 2ND AREA OF CONCERN IS THE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA
 EAST OF THE MAIN ENTRY, THE NEW PROPOSED BAR HAS A
 LARGER FOOTPRINT & OCCUPANT LOAD, THE ACTUAL OUTDOOR
 SEATING AREA EXIT DISCHARGES IS NOT SHOWN NOR THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD OR EXITING PAST THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BAR., COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B 1017.4.3 APPEARS TO BE A
 PROBLEM.
