 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD)
 FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION TO
 INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT AND THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $56,793 FOR THE ADDITION ALONE. NEED TO ADD
 THE VALUE FOR ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON SHEET A-2.
  
 3- SHEET A-1:
 A) NEW FIRST FLOOR PLAN IS MISSING ALL DIMENSIONS. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 B) ROOF PLAN IS MISSING THE ROOF PITCH. SEC. R905.2.2
 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- PROVIDE ATTIC ACCESS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R807 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- SHEET S-3:
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE
 "C" NOT "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED. AND REVISE ALL THE
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING WIND DESIGN PRESSURES
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B) REVISE THE ROOF LIVE LOAD (ATTIC LIVE LOAD) TO
 COMPLY WITH TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) REVISE NOTE #1 OF COMPONENTS & CLADDING WIND
 PRESSURES. ACCORDING TO FOOTNOTE ON FIGURE R301.2(7) OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. THE MIN. DIMENSION "A" IS 4'-0"
 NOT "3'-0". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) NEW BATHROOM SINGLE HUNG WINDOW.
  
 B) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF WINDOWS AND DOORS WITH GLAZING
 DON'T HAVE IMPACT GLASS. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 C) ROOF SHINGLES.
  
 D) METAL DOME VENTS AS SPECIFIED ON NOTE #1 ON SHEET
 A-2.
  
 E) SELF ADHERING MODIFIED UNDERLAYMENT SPECIFIED ON
 NOTE #1 ON SHEET A-2.
  
 F) EXTERIOR DOORS TO BE REPLACED AS SPECIFIED ON NOTE
 #10 ON SHEET A-2.
  
 G) ALL WINDOWS TO BE REPLACED AS SPECIFIED ON NOTE#11
 ON SHEET A-2.
  
 H) WINDOW MULLIONS, IF WINDOWS ARE MULLED TOGETHER.
  
 I) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS, DETAILS AND NOTES. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR. OR LIST FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 NUMBER (2010 FBC VERSION) NEXT TO THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR.
  
 J) PRE-CAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 8- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- PROVIDE SKETCH SHOWING ALL WINDOWS TO BE REPLACED.
 SPECIFY EXISTING TYPE AND SIZE OF WINDOWS AND TYPE AND
 SIZE OF PROPOSED ONES TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 BEDROOM EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 604 OF 2010
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS,
 SPECIALLY ALL BEDROOMS.
  
 10- DETAIL 2/S-2: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE EXISTING TRUSSES THAT
 WILL BE CUT, WILL BE REINFORCED TO BE STRUCTURALLY
 SOUND. SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 11- SHEET S-1: REVISE NOTE #6.2: SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL REQUIRES 8D- RING SHANK NAILS.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY RING SHANK NAILS FOR THE ROOF
 SHEATHING.
  
 *** PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
