 PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED TO INCORPORATE THE
 TEMPORARY SHEET PILES INTO THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT,

 WATERPROOFING INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED (REFERS TO
 ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS, WHICH WERE NOT PROVIDED). ALSO
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DETAIL DOES NOT SHOW A WATERSTOP;
 WATERPROOFING IS NOT CONTINUOUS TO PROTECT THE FOOTING
 FBC 1805.3.3.

 15. FBC 3304.1, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CONTRACTOR
 ADVISE THE RESIDENTS ADJACENT TO PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
 OF WORK PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT. PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE
 ADJACENT TOWNHOUSES HAVE EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING
 THE STRUCTURAL IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACTOR
 HAS EXPLAINED HOW THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED, FBC 3307.1.
 PER CONTRACTOR, A STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE ADJACENT
 STRUCTURES WILL BE PERFORMED AND DOCUMENTED PRIOR TO
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 IF THE ANALYSIS DISCUSSED IS NOT DONE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF THIS VIBROFLOTATION PERMIT, CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE
 A LETTER STATING WHY THIS IS NOT NECESSARY AT THIS
 TIME. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CONTRACTOR PROVIDE
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE TIMING AND NATURE OF THIS
 PERMIT TO THE RESIDENTS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT.
