 SIGNATURES AS APPLICABLE; USE THE REQUIRED NAMING
 CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT

 FOR THIS THRESHOLD JOB, CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 PROVIDING A SET OF ALL DOCUMENTS TO THE SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR.
  
 4. FS 553.79(5), FBC 2010 110.3.7.1, THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT
 TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE
 ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT OF RECORD. PROVIDE A SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR AGREEMENT SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES.
  
 PROVIDE A RESUME OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE AND COPIES OF
 ALL CERTIFICATES/LICENSES AS APPLICABLE FOR PROPOSED
 INSPECTORS.

 6. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
 FS481. THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS ARE MARKED *FOR
 REFERENCE ONLY*. THE PAGES PROVIDED ARE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION TO OBTAIN A FOUNDATION PERMIT, FBC 107.
  
 6. THRESHOLD BLDG, REQUIRED STATEMENT:
  
 W.P.B. AMENDMENT 109.3.6.4.4 ALL PLANS FOR THE BUILDING
 WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER OF RECORD CONTAIN A STATEMENT
 THAT, TO THE BEST OF THE ARCHITECT'S OR ENGINEER'S
 KNOWLEDGE, THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH THE
 APPLICABLE FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY THE
 LOCAL AUTHORITY IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND 633 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE THRESHOLD DESIGN COMPLIANCE
 STATEMENT ON THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS (ALREADY ON THE
 ENGINEERING SHEETS).
  
 7. PLEASE INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING ADVISORY NOTICE
 INTO THE PLAN:
  
 * 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION
 110.7 IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
 REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A MANNER
 SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE CONDITION OF ADJACENT
 PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO AFFECT
 SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT GRANTED BY THE
 APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS OR CONDITIONS
 AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER. THIS
 INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE CONTROL OF DUST,
 NOISE, WATER OR DRAINAGE RUN-OFFS, DEBRIS, AND THE
 STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY SHALL NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT LEGAL HISTORIC
 SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE FLOWS SERVING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES, AND MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL DRAINAGE DESIGN
 COMPLYING WITH ENGINEERING STANDARDS TO PRESERVE THE
 POSITIVE DRAINAGE PATTERNS OF THE AFFECTED SITES.
 ACCORDINGLY, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS AND OWNERS OF ALL
 NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING ADDITIONS,
 POOLS, PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS OR SIMILAR ITEMS, ON
 EXISTING PROPERTIES RESULTING IN A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE
 OF PERMEABLE LAND AREA ON ANY PARCEL OR HAS ALTERED THE
 DRAINAGE FLOW ON THE DEVELOPED PROPERTY SHALL, AS A
 PERMIT CONDITION, PROVIDE A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED
 DRAINAGE PLAN CLEARLY INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PARAGRAPH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE IMPROVEMENT, A
 CERTIFICATION FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE APPROVAL
 OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 8. ALTHOUGH LOCATION OF PROPOSED GARAGE RELATIVE TO LOT
 LINES AND EXISTING STRUCTURE APPEAR COMPLIANT, IT IS
 NOT POSSIBLE TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE WITHOUT THE
 INFORMATION REQUESTED BELOW. PLEASE REVISE PLAN TO
 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 705.8:

 9. SCOPE UNDER THIS FOUNDATION PERMIT PER CONTRACTOR
 INCLUDES VIBROFLOTATION, EXCAVATION OF LOWER LEVEL,
 CONCRETE WORK FOR FOOTINGS, ELEVATOR PITS, FOUNDATION
 WALL AND FIRST LIFT OF COLUMNS. A TRENCH DRAIN IS SHOWN
 ON S1B WITH A REFERENCE TO ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS, IS
 THIS ALSO IN THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT? IF INCLUDED,
 PROVIDE A DETAIL, FBC 107. IF NOT INCLUDED, DISREGARD
 COMMENT.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE IN CREATING A SECURE SITE
 AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH 3306.1 PROTECTION OF PEDESTRIANS
 AND 3306.5 AND 3306.6 BARRIERS.
  
 11. SHEET S7.1, SEVERAL REFERENCE STANDARDS REFER TO
 *LATEST EDITION*. SEE FBC CHAPTER 35 AND REVISE TO
 INDICATE THE STANDARD VERSION USED FOR DESIGN. IF A
 STANDARD USED IN THE DESIGN OF THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT
 THE STANDARD SPECIFIED BY FBC CHAPTER 35, THIS SHOULD
 BE SUBMITTED USING FBC 104.11, ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS
 AND METHODS. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED FURTHER
