 1. A1, OWNER IS SHOWN AS "KELLY RESIDENCE" BUT THE
 OWNERS OF RECORD ARE DONALD FROUDE AND KIMBERLY FROUDE.
 PLEASE CORRELATE.
  
 2. A5, LAT/LONG TO BE PROVIDED TO 1 DECIMAL PLACE OR
 BETTER WHEN USING DEGRESS, MINUTES SECONDS FORMAT. ALSO
 PLEASE CONFIRM THE COORDINATES; THIS TO BE THE CENTER
 FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND ACCURATE WITHIN 66 FEET. THE
 COORDINATES APPEAR TO BE LOCATED IN THE ADJACENT PARCEL

 INSTALLED, THE ENGINEERING OR PRODUCT APPROVAL IS TO BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.

 105 IS SHOWN AS A "GREAT ROOM" BUT APPEARS TO BE A
 GARAGE (SEE A5.0, NORTH ELEVATION). ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE SHOWS GARAGE AS 400 SF, PAPA RECORDS SHOW
 THE GARAGE AS 440 SF. PLEASE RECONCILE THE
 DISCREPANCIES.
  
 5. A9, NO FLOOD VENTS INDICATED, BUT ITEM C2D SHOWS THE
 GARAGE AT 7.0 FEET. SEE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 MUNICIPAL CODE 94-546(B), A 6INCH FREEBOARD REQUIRED
 FOR ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENTS.

 SEE FBC 2010 EXISTING BUILDING 601.3: FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, ALTERATIONS THAT

 AFFECT YOUR PROJECT. THIS COMMENT LIST WILL BE REVISED
 BASED ON ISO'S CONVERSATION WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 IF NEW INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE AFFECTS YOUR PROJECT.

 (SEE SHEET A4.0) SHOW AN "EXISTING SECOND FLOOR."

 THIS IS ALSO REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 7.5'.
  
 8. SECTION D, LATITUDE / LONGITUDE PROVIDED BY A
 SURVEYOR, THE "NO" BOX IS CHECKED. AS FLORIDA STATUTE
 ONLY ALLOWS SURVEYORS TO PREPARE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
 (AND NOT ARCHITECTS / ENGINEERS AS PERMITTED IN OTHER
 STATES), THIS BOX SHOULD ALWAYS BE "YES". IT IS
 UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SURVEYOR RELIES ON OTHER ENTITIES
 FOR THIS DATA - TYPICAL SOURCES ARE GOOGLE EARTH (WHICH
 SURVEYOR USED FOR THIS ELEVATION CERTIFICATE),
 LABINS.ORG, PALM BEACH COUNTY GIS, ETC.

 CABANA." IT IS NOT CLEAR WHICH STRUCTURE THIS ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE REPRESENTS; PLEASE PROVIDE CLARIFICATION.
 CABANA APPEARS TOO SMALL TO HAVE A GARAGE. AN ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR THE HOUSE. IF THIS
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS FOR BOTH STRUCTURES, PROVIDE
