 PLEASE NOTIFY ME WHEN RE-SUBMITTING TO TRY TO FINISH MY
 REVIEW AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.
  
  
 1- CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE ROOM ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE.
 SEE ZONING COMMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE
 VALUATION FOR THE REAR STRUCTURE AND FOR THE MAIN HOUSE
 SEPARATELY. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT FOR ALL
 SCOPE OF WORK AND COPY OF CONTRACT FOR ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 3- NOTE: DRAWING #A2.1 OF THE MAIN HOUSE IS MISSING THE
 ARCHITECT'S SEAL AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 F.S.
