 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: COORDINATE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND ARCHITECTURAL
 PLANS TO AVOID CONFLICTS AND DELAYS.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 SHORING OF EXISTING ROOF FOR NEW INTERIOR BEARING WALL
 AS SPECIFIED ON WALL LEGEND AND GARAGE DEMO PLAN. SEC.
 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- SHEET A1.0: THIS IS NOT ALTERATION LEVEL 2. THIS IS
 CONVERSION OF GARAGE TO GARAGE/APARTMENT. ARCHITECT TO
 REVISE LEVELS OF ALTERATION AS REQUIRED TO MATCH ALL
 THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS FOR MAIN HOUSE AND
 APARTMENT/GARAGE. SEC. 401.4 AND SEC. 406 OF 2010
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 5- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISE VALUATION OR PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACT TO VERIFY THAT ALL L SCOPE OF WORK IS
 COVERED.
  
 6- SHEET A2.1:
 A) REVISE EGRESS WINDOWS NOTES. THE CLEAR HEIGHT AND
 TOTAL CLEAR OPENINGS DIMENSIONS ARE INCORRECT. SEC.
 R310 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) BEDROOM WINDOW SIZE DOESN'T COMPLY WITH EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT 3'-3" X
 4'-6" MEETS THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 C) CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM REQUIRED. SEC. R315 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 D) PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED HEATING. SEC.
 R303.8 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS ON DECK PLAN, INCLUDING THE
 WIDTH OF THE STAIRS. SEC. R311.7.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) WOOD ENTRY DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) GARAGE DOOR SIZE AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 D) ROOFING AND MAIN HOUSE DECK . AND PROVIDE SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS IF SUBMITTED PRODUCT
 APPROVAL DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 FRAMING PLANS AND DETAILS. NOTE: PROVIDE THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR DESIGNER OF RECORD TO LIST THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO ALL SPECIFIED
 CONNECTORS IN ALL DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 9- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- A) NEED SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 GARAGE/APARTMENT AND AND FOR THE MAIN HOUSE. SEC. 105.1
 AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: A REQUEST WAS MADE TO OUR IN HOUSE ADDRESSING
 DIVISION TO GET AN ADDRESS FOR THE REAR
 APARTMENT/GARAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE OWNER'S CONTACT
 INFORMATION (E-MAIL) SO THE ADDRESSING PERSON CAN
 COORDINATE THE NEW ADDRESS.
  
 B) ADDRESS IN ALL ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS IS INCORRECT.
 THE ADDRESS IS 351 CONNISTON RD NOT 355 CONNISTON RD.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. ALSO,
 THE GARAGE WILL REQUIRE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
  
 11- SHEET S-1:
 A) NEW STAIRS AND DECK: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FIRE
 SEPARATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R302.3 OF 2010

 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 FIREBLOCKING COMPLIANCE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R302.11 OF
