 1) ALL ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS, ROOF PLANS AND DETAIL
 SHEETS SHALL BE REVISED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT THE LOWER
 BUILDING HEIGHT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION
 NO. 49-13. THE BACK-UP MATERIAL SHOWS THE SLOPED TOWER
 ROOF MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT, BUT THERE SEEM TO BE
 SOME OF THE AREAS SURROUNDED BY PARAPETS THAT MAY
 EXCEED THE HEIGHT.
  
 2) THE RETAINING WALL UNDER PERMIT 15090033. ALL PLANS
 SHALL BE REVISED TO MATCH THE APPROVED RETAINING WALL.
 CURRENTLY THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT
 CONFIGURATIONS SHOWN.
  
 3) THE SITE PLANS SHOW A DIFFERENT ORIENTATION FOR THE
 BICYCLE RACK AND AREA BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS THAN THE
 ZONING APPROVED PLANS. THE CHANGES SHALL BE REFLECTED
 ON THE REVISED SITE PLANS AND ON A MINOR PD AMENDMENT.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT MORSELIFE CURRENTLY HAS A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT UNDER REVIEW THAT COULD BE MODIFIED TO
 INCLUDE THE CHANGES.
  
 4) SHEET G101 SHOWS NOTE REFERENCING A 17 FOOT CLEAR
 FIRE TRUCK ACCESS ROAD (SOUTH OF POOL WALL). THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN SHOWS THIS AS A 20 FOOT WIDE
 DRIVEWAY. PLEASE CORRECT SHEET G101. THIS CHANGE IS
 ALSO SHOWN ON SHEET L101. THIS SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE
 PLAN REVISIONS.
  
 5) SHEET C101 SHOWS THE 20 FOOT FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS
 DRIVE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDINGS AS NOT INCLUDED
 WITH THE CONSTRUCTION THE INITIAL TOWER. THIS WAS A
 REQUIREMENT OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO SERVICE THE
 BUILDING AND THUS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR IN PHASE 1.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROW OR PARKING TO
 THE NORTH OF THE 20 FOOT FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS AREA
 SHALL BE TERMINATED BY THE REQUIRED TREE IN PHASE 1.
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ACCESS DRIVE - NOTE: A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF
 THE TEMPORARY ACCESS DRIVE TREE REMOVAL.
 D. PARKING LOT PAVING AND STRIPING
 E. BICYCLE RACK
 F. COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE
 G. POOL, SPA AND FOUNTAIN
 H. FENCES AND GATES
 I. GENERATOR BUILDING
 J. SITE LIGHTING
 K. COOLING TOWER AREA
  
 7) NOTE: THE FUTURE TRACT LINE DOES NOT MATCH UP WITH
 THE DOORWAY AS SHOWN ON SHEET L101. THE FUTURE TRACT
 LINE SHALL NOT CUT THROUGH THE CORRIDOR AT AN
 UNPROTECTED POINT.
  
 8) PLEASE REMEMBER THE DEADLINE FOR THE PLAT APPROVAL
 APPROVED BY ROBERT BROWN, BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 9) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRADITIONS PHASE II SHALL HAVE
 MET THE COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT DATE OF NOVEMBER 3,
 2015, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS FINAL EXTENSION.
