 1. CHANGES TO THE PROPERTY LINE (REPLAT) REQUIRE THAT
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC TABLE 705.8 (MAXIMUM AREA OF
 EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE) AND FBC TABLE 602 (FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE) BE SHOWN. A REVISION WILL BE
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
  
 DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINE AND OPENINGS ALLOWED HAS NOT
 BEEN REVIEWED. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THE LARGE WINDOWS,
 ROOM 104 DINING ROOM. IF DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINE IS
 10 FEET TO LESS THAN 25 FEET, UNPROTECTED OPENINGS ARE
 LIMITED TO 45%.
  
 BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED: BEARING WALLS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE 3 HOURS. STRUCTURAL FRAME IS REQUIRED TO
 BE 2 HOURS.
  
 2. THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES WAS SENT VIA EMAIL, CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES 78-123, 78-126.
  
 THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH THE PROVISO THAT,
 WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ISSUANCE, THE APPROVAL WILL BE
 PROVIDED. PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THE APPROVAL WHEN
 AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL TO [email protected] IN ORDER TO
 DOCUMENT THE PERMIT FILE.
  
 3. SHEET A101 SHOWS A PROPOSED FUTURE 2 HOUR FIRE DOOR.
 SEE FBC TABLE 715.4, A 3 HOUR FIRE DOOR IS REQUIRED FOR
 A 3 HOUR FIRE WALL.
  
 4. ADVISORY ONLY, PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD ARE TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW PRIOR
 TO INSTALLATION IF NOT SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME, FBC 107,
 FBC 1609 (SUBMITTAL, NO FEE).
  
 5. ADVISORY ONLY; PARKING LOT STRIPING, AWNINGS, SIGNS
 AND OTHER INDEPENDT STRUCTURE ELEMENTS REQUIRE SEPARATE
 PERMITS WHICH WOULD INCLUDE FEES, BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS, PLANS AND REVIEWS.

 7. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, SUBMITTALS FOR THE UL
 ASSEMBLIES WILL BE REQUIRED. THE SUBMITTAL SHOULD
 INCLUDE THE UL ASSEMBLY WITH SPECIFIC OPTIONS ELECTED
 TO BE INDICATED. THE SUBMITTAL IS REQUIRED TO BE
 REVIEWED BY DOR. THE SUBMITTAL IS REQUIRED TO BE
 APPROVED THROUGH PLAN REVIEW PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT.
  
 REVISE SHEET G001, REQUIRED FIRE RESISTIVE RATINGS.
 DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINE IS FOR GREATER THAN 30FT
 SEPARATION. AS THERE IS A PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE TWO
 BUILDINGS, THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. DUE TO THE EXCEPTION
 FOR ONE STORY (1 HOUR REDUCTION FBC TABLE 601 FOOTNOTE
 A), DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINE (FBC TABLE 602) APPEARS
 TO BE MORE RESTRICTIVE (2 HOUR REEQUIRED FROM 5 FEET TO
 UNDER 20 FEET).
  
 8. SHEET A301, SPECIFY UL ASSEMBLY AND RATING REQUIRED
 FOR THE MECHANICAL ROOM FLOOR, BEARING WALLS,
 STRUCTURAL FRAME, FBC TABLE 601. THE ROOF WAS SPECIFIED
 BUT NOT THE OTHER STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS.
  
 9. A601, PROVIDE A LEGEND FOR THE HARDWARE SCHEDULE. A
 CLOSER IS REQUIRED FOR DOORS 111 AND 112, FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY 604.8.2.2. ALL DOORS (AND GATES, IF
 APPLICABLE) SERVING ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY TO HAVE FIRE
 EXIT HARDWARE, FBC 1008.1.10. SPEC SHEETS WERE
 SUBMITTED BUT CONTAINED INFORMATION NOT CODE RELATED
 (FINISHES, HINGES, KICK PLATES, ETC.). SPEC BOOKS
 CANNOT BE USED IN LIEU OF PLANS TO SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE
 DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION NOT RELEVANT TO
 CODE COMPLIANCE, FBC 107.
  
 10. FBC 713, PROVIDE PENETRATION DETAILS FOR WALLS AND
 FLOORS.
  
 11. FBC 2010 ACCESSIBILITY 703, SIGNS TO COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION.
  
 12. TESTED ASSEMBLIES OR CALCULATED FIRE RESISTANCE
 DETAILS REQUIRED FOR ALL ELEMENTS REQUIRED TO BE RATED
 PER FBC TABLE 601. SUBMIT DETAILS PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION.
  
 13. REVISION REQUIRED FOR G101. PER ARCHITECT, THE
 OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WILL BE ELIMINATED. THIS WALL IS A
 CORRIDOR WALL, 1 HOUR RATING REQUIRED, 20 MINUTE
 OPENING PROTECTION REQUIRED.
  
 14. RE-PLAT TO BE FILED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PERMIT
 ISSUANCE (AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES).
  
 15. THRESHOLD PLAN STATEMENT REQUIRED BY FS 553.79 TO
 BE CORRECTED ON STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. EVIDENCE THAT THIS
 HAS BEEN CORRECTED IS TO BE SENT TO ME VIA EMAIL PRIOR
 TO PERMIT ISSUANCE. PLANS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A REVISION
 PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT IF PERMIT IS ISSUED THIS REVIEW
 CYCLE. IF PERMIT IS NOT ISSUED IN THIS REVIEW CYCLE,
 REVISED DRAWINGS TO BE RESUBMITTED.
