 REGARDING RISK CATEGORY).
  
 IT APPEARS THAT THIS ADDITION IS AN ADDITION TO A HIGH
 RISE AND IS BEING TREATED AS SUCH IN PLAN REVIEW.
  
 21. G101, PATH OF TRAVEL IS SHOWN ACROSS THE DIAGONAL
 OF THE ROOMS. FBC 1016.1, THIS SHOULD BE SHOWN ALONG
 THE NATURAL UNOBSTRUTED PATH OF TRAVEL. AS FURNITURE
 WILL BE PLACED IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOM, THE PATH
 SHOULD BE MEASURED ALONG THE ROOM PERIMETER.
  
 22. SHEET G101, 2 HOUR SEPARATION REQUIRED FOR THE FIRE
 PUMP ROOM, FBC 2010 508.2.5. SEE OTHER COMMENT
 REGARDING EXISTING BUILDING CODE; IT IS NOT CLEAR IF
 THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED OR WAS COMPLIANT AT TIME OF

 (AREA 110) DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A REASONABLE OCCUPANT

 IS ASSEMBLY. IT APPEARS THAT THIS AREA SHOULD ALSO BE
 CLASSIFIED AS ASSEMBLY, 15 SF PER PERSON. PLEASE REVISE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND OCCUPANT LOAD. IT APPEARS
 HIGHLY LIKELY THAT THIS AREA MAY BE USED AS OUTDOOR
 DINING AT SOME POINT.

 DOORS 101 AND 101B. IT APPEARS THAT THE EXISTING A2 WAS
 SEPARATED FROM THE EXITING AREA (LOUNGE AND VERANDA)
 ALTHOUGH THE SEPARATION IS NOT SHOWN AS CONTINUOUS ON
 THIS PLAN.
  
 THE NEW ADDITION IS NOW OPEN TO THE EX VERANDA AND USES
 THE SAME EXIT AS THE R2 OCCUPANCY. ONCE A GIVEN LEVEL
 OF EXIT PROTECTION IS ACHIEVED, SUCH LEVEL OF PROECTION
 SHALL NOT BE REDUCED UNTIL ARRIVAL AT THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE. IN THE MEETING, CLASSIFICATION OF THIS AREA
 WAS DISCUSSED. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER
