 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE
 CITY?S ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. AT THE TIME
 OF APPLICATION SUBMITTAL FOR SUCH PERMITS, A FORMAL
 STRIPING PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RE-STRIPING OF
 SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE, AS CONCEPTUALLY SHOWN IN THE
 ABOVE-REFERENCED SITE PLAN. THE STRIPING PLAN SHALL
 INCLUDE LANE DIMENSIONS, STRIPING DETAILS, ETC.
 OVERLAID ON AN AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH.
  
 2. THE PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATED.
  
 3. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED AND SHALL INCLUDE A
 PARKING STRIPING DETAIL, A DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, A BIKE RACK DETAIL, ETC.
  
 4. SIGNAGE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE DRIVEWAY NORTH
 OF THE LEARNING CENTER/DAY CARE INDICATING THAT IT IS A
 FIRE LANE WITH NO PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD.
 ADDITIONALLY, A SIGN SHALL BE PLACED AT THE EAST END OF
 THE ROADWAY INDICATING ?NARROW ROADWAY AHEAD? WITH THE
 NARROWEST DIMENSION. ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 INSTALLED AT THE DISCRETION, AND SUBJECT TO THE
 APPROVAL OF, THE FIRE MARSHALL.
  
 5. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 PROPOSED FENCING. DETAILS OF THE FENCING SHALL BE
 INCLUDED.
  
 6. SHOULD A STOP SIGN BE PLACED AT THE PROPOSED STOP
 BAR AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE CHURCH OFFICE
 BUILDING, AT THE LOCATION OF THE CROSSWALK?
  
 7. SHOULD A NO RIGHT TURN / ONE-WAY SIGN BE INSTALLED
 WHERE THE DAYCARE DROP-OFF PARKING LOT INTERSECTS WITH
 THE ONE-WAY DRIVE ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE?
