| CITY?S ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING |
| BUT NOT LIMITED TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. AT THE TIME |
| OF APPLICATION SUBMITTAL FOR SUCH PERMITS, A FORMAL |
| STRIPING PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RE-STRIPING OF |
| SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE, AS CONCEPTUALLY SHOWN IN THE |
| ABOVE-REFERENCED SITE PLAN. THE STRIPING PLAN SHALL |
| INCLUDE LANE DIMENSIONS, STRIPING DETAILS, ETC. |
| OVERLAID ON AN AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH. |

| 2. THE PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATED. |

| 3. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED AND SHALL INCLUDE A |
| PARKING STRIPING DETAIL, A DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER |
| ENCLOSURE, A BIKE RACK DETAIL, ETC. |

| 4. SIGNAGE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE DRIVEWAY NORTH |
| OF THE LEARNING CENTER/DAY CARE INDICATING THAT IT IS A |
| FIRE LANE WITH NO PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD. |
| ADDITIONALLY, A SIGN SHALL BE PLACED AT THE EAST END OF |
| THE ROADWAY INDICATING ?NARROW ROADWAY AHEAD? WITH THE |
| NARROWEST DIMENSION. ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE DESIGNED AND |
| INSTALLED AT THE DISCRETION, AND SUBJECT TO THE |
| APPROVAL OF, THE FIRE MARSHALL. |
