 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE SUBMIT SUCH
 APPLICATION TO THE BUILDING DIVISION WITH TWO (2) SETS
 OF SIGNED/SEALED PLANS, ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE (MATERIALS + LABOR).
  
 2. LANDSCAPING SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT THE ACCESS POINT
 ON HAVERHILL ROAD, SIMILAR TO WHAT HAS BEEN DONE AT THE
 OTHER LOCATIONS OF THE TIMBER-BACKED GUARDRAIL.
  
 3. THE PLANNING DIVISION WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH
 UTILITIES STAFF REGARDING THE POSSIBLE CONSTRUCTION OF
 A RECREATIONAL PATH IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED
 WELLFIELD WORK. THE PROPOSED ACCESS PATH SHOULD BE
 EXTENDED TO MILITARY TRAIL, AND THE GATE AT HAVERHILL
 ROAD SHOULD BE DESIGNED SUCH THAT IT ALLOWS FOR
 PEDESTRIAN/BICYCLE ACCESS. IS THE MATERIAL PROPOSED FOR
 THE ACCESS PATH SUFFICIENT (COMPACT ENOUGH) FOR BICYCLE
 USE?
  
 PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THESE COMMENTS FURTHER. I
 BELIEVE IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL FOR THE PLANNING
 DIVISION TO SIT DOWN WITH UTILITIES STAFF AND DISCUSS
 THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY EXIST WITH THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
