 ITEMS TO REVISE ON PLANS:
  
 1. SHEET SP1.0 - SITE DATA TABLE INDICATES BICYCLE
 PARKING REQUIRED 1 PER 200 SPACES AND IT SHOULD BE 1
 PER 20 SPACES. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT SHEET SP1.1 WHICH CONTAINS THE
 STRIPING, BICYCLE PARKING, AND DIRECTIONAL SIGN
 ORIGINALLY APPROVED AS PART OF THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3. SHEET ES1.1 - PROPOSED CONCRETE PARKING LOT LIGHT
 POLES ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH APPROVED SITE PLAN AND
 MINOR PD AMENDMENT. PLAN WAS APPROVED FOR
 BRONZE-FINISHED SQUARE STRAIGHT POLE WITH RECTANGULAR
 FIXTURES (CONSISTENT WITH THE ST. MARY'S DESIGN
 GUIDELINES). PLEASE REVISE.
  
 4. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE PROPERTY SURVEY.
  
 5. A SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING. HOWEVER,
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE REGARDING THE
 SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLANS:
  
 A. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF THE SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL LETTER, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 REVISED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH - "THE LIVE OAK
 PROPOSED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE NEEDS TO
 BE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SIDEWALK WITHIN THE
 LANDSCAPE PARKING ISLAND UNLESS JUSTIFICATION IS
 PROVIDED FOR ITS LOCATION. ADDITIONALLY, MOVING THE
 TREE MORE NORTHWARD WILL AVOID ANY VISUAL OBSTRUCTIONS
 AT THE TIME THE FUTURE CONNECTION ROAD IS CONSTRUCTED."
  
 B. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF THE SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL LETTER THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 REVISED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH - "IT APPEARS
 THAT LOCATIONS FOR THE AC UNITS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED ON
 THE PLANS WITH SQUARES, BUT THEY ARE NOT LABELED. SOME
 OF THESE 'SQUARES' HAVE LANDSCAPING PROPOSED OVER TOP
 OF THESE AREAS. PLEASE IDENTIFY THESE SQUARES AND
 CONFLICTS WITH THE LANDSCAPING."
  
 C. LANDSCAPE PLAN INCORRECTLY NOTATES 'PROPOSED
 ADDITION' AND 'EXISTING BUILDING' - THEY SHOULD BE
 REVERSED. PLEASE REVISE.
  
  
 COMMENTS:
  
 6. THE VALUE OF THE NEW CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS $500,000.
 PURSUANT TO THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REGULATIONS (CODE
 OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE V) AN ART ASSESSMENT
 FOR THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE COMPLETE THE ART IN
 PUBLIC PLACES FORM AVAILABLE IN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 OR BY CONTACTING ME.
  
 7. WALKWAY SHOWN OUTSIDE OF THE LEASE AREA ON THE SITE
 PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED BY ST. MARY'S DURING THE INTIAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW THROUGH PLANNING AND ZONING.
  
 8. TRAFFIC CONTROL (STOP SIGNS, STOP BARS, ETC.) IS
 BEING REVIEWED BY ENGINEERING THROUGH THE ENGINEERING
 PERMIT.
