 1. SCOPE NOT CLEAR. PLANS FOR RENOVATION WERE
 SUBMITTED, BUT THIS IS BEING REVIEWED UNDER ANOTHER
 PERMIT. PLEASE REMOVE SHEETS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION
 AND SUBMIT ONLY DEMO SHEETS. MECHANICAL SHEETS NOT
 REVIEWED AT THIS TIME AS THEY ARE BEING REVIEWED UNDER
 ANOTHER PERMIT.
  
 2. HOW WILL THE STRUCTURE BE KEPT SECURE IF WINDOWS ARE
 REMOVED? WINDOW REMOVAL WILL BE REMOVED FROM SCOPE OF
 WORK UNLESS CONTRACTOR ADDRESSES THIS ISSUE, FBC 107.
  
 3. ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WAS NOT PROVIDED, AND THERE
 ARE CONFLICTING ELEVATIONS ON THE PLAN. THIS PERMIT
 WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
  
 4. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A DEMO PERMIT, PLANS ARE TO
 INDICATE HOW THE STRUCTURE WILL BE BROUGHT INTO FULL
 COMPLIANCE. FLOOD VENTS MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE CRAWL
 SPACE. THE GARAGE MAY NEED TO BE RAISED OR VENTS
 INSTALLED. THIS APPLIES TO THE WALKWAY, DEPENDING ON
 WHETHER IT IS OPEN OR ENCLOSED. THE FIRST STEP IS A
 SIGNED AND SEALED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WITH
 PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE(S). A
 COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THIS
 INFORMATION.

 IMPROVEMENT, PROVIDE A COPY OF THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE FOR THIS STRUCTURE. THIS MAY BE SENT VIA
 EMAIL FOR PRELIMINARY REVIEW.
  
 BASED ON THE SITE PLAN, IT APPEARS THAT:
  
 THE HOUSE FINISHED FLOOR IS IN COMPLIANCE (OVER 7.5')
  
 NO INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 (MUST BE OVER 7.5')
  
 THE GARAGE FLOOR IS AT 6.68'. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 THE MINIMUM 7.5'). ARE FLOOD VENTS INSTALLED IN THE
 GARAGE? IS THE GARAGE TO BE RAISED? SHEET A2 SHOWS
 GARAGE ELEVATION AS 10'1" AND AS 7'. PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION NOT CLEAR.
  
 IS THE BREEZEWAY ENCLOSED? WILL THIS BE RAISED?
  
 THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SHOULD PROVIDE THE
 INFORMATION REQUIRED TO DETERMINE ACTIONS WHICH WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE.

 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED)
  
 2. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
