 WIDE. THIS IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO MEET THE ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE. IT SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 85 INCHES. 86 INCHES
 ALLOWS FOR CONSTRUCTION TOLERANCES.
 10) SHT.A1.04 REFERS TO THE 2010 FBC, THE 1998 FAIR
 HOUSING ACT, ICC/ANSI A117.1 & THE UNIFORM FEDERAL
 ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS. WHICH DOCUMENT ARE YOU USING
 FOR THE ACCESSIBLE DESIGN OF THIS BUILDING? THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT SHOULD BE THE GOVERNING STANDARD.DELETE THE
 DETAILS THAT DO NOT APPLY AND SUBMIT THE DETAILS FOR
 GRAB BARS, BACKING ETC. FOR THE FAIR HOUSING ACT.
 11) SHT. A-2.00 - NOTE #1 REFERS TO CHAPT. 11 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE FOR HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
 REQUIREMENTS.THE EXTERIOR SITE ELEMENTS THAT APPLY TO
 THE DWELLING UNITS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FAIR HOUSING
 ACT AND THE NON-RESIDENTIAL ELEMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 12) SHT. A-3.41- RESTROOMS # 1,2,3 AND THE MEN'S AND
 WOMEN'S SHOWS THE DOOR SWINGING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE FOR THE LAVATORY AND WATER CLOSET. DOORS SHALL
 NOT SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED FOR ANY
 FIXTURE. SEE FAC SEC.603.2.3 (2) FOR EXCEPTION. SHOW
 THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE
 SWING OF THE DOOR.
 13) SHT.A-3.10 - PLEASE EXPLAIN NOTE #7 WHERE IT STATES
 "ADAPTABLE UNITS SHALL BE DESIGNED AS TYPE "B" UNITS
 WITH OPTION "A" FOR TOILET AND BATHING ROOM..
 14) SHT. A-3.10 - GENERAL NOTE #9 - M.R. DRYWALL IS NOT
 PERMITTED IN WET AREAS PER THE 2010 FBC SEC.2509.3.
 15) SHT.A-3.10 - DETAIL 10 - THE DOOR SWINGS INTO THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE LAVATORY. A 30 INCH BY 48

 ARE HYDRAULIC SHAFT TYPE, AN OIL/WATER SEPARATOR WILL
