2014-12-19 13:17:21AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL
 REVIEW. TECHNICAL DETAILS OF THE WATER, SEWER,
 STORMWATER, TRAFFIC CIRCULATION, AND SOLID WASTE
 COLLECTION WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION, A UNITY OF TITLE MUST
 BE COMPLETED. INSTRUCTIONS AND THE APPLICATION FORM CAN
 BE DOWNLOADED AT

 NEW PARKING STALL STRIPING MUST COMPLY WITH CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES, ARTICLE XV, SECTION
 94-485.
  
 THE AVAILABLE WATER PRESSURE WITHIN THE CITY MAY NOT BE
 ACCEPTABLE AT ELEVATIONS HIGHER THAN THE 2ND FLOOR. WE
 RECOMMEND THAT A LONG-TERM PRESSURE STUDY BE PERFORMED
 ON THE POTABLE WATER LINES PRIOR TO FINALIZATION OF THE
 DESIGN.
  
 SHOW THAT ALL POTABLE WATER, STORMWATER, AND SANITARY
 SEWER CROSSINGS MEET THE SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS OF
 RULES 62-555.314 AND 62-604 FAC
  
 SEE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMENTS FOR THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR FIRE SUPPLY LINES, WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE PROPOSED
 POTABLE WATER LINE IF A SEPARATE FIRE LINE IS NOT
 PROVIDED.
  
 SUBMIT A HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED WATER
 DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
  
 REVISE THE PLANS TO INCLUDE APPLICABLE CITY ENGINEERING
 STANDARD DETAILS. INDICATE THE YARD PIPING DESIGN
 STANDARDS (MINIMUM COVER, HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL
 CLEARANCES), AND WHICH JOINTS ARE TO BE MECHANICALLY
 RESTRAINED.
  
 PLEASE SHOW THAT THE PROPOSED TRASH DUMPSTER/COMPACTORS
 ARE LOCATED IN AREAS EASILY SERVICED BY THE CITY
 SANITATION EQUIPMENT AND MANPOWER. SECTION 74-35(A)(5)
 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED SIZE AND QUANTITY OF TRASH
 BINS IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE WASTE YARDAGE ANTICIPATED
 TO BE GENERATED BY THE COMPLEX. CONSIDER USING A
 COMPACTOR TO REDUCE THE YARDAGE OF WASTE THAT WILL NEED
 TO BE COLLECTED.
  
 APPROPRIATE MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT
 REMOVAL OF STORMWATER WILL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OR THE PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM. DEMONSTRATE THAT THE DESIGN INCLUDES PROVISIONS
 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES, INCLUDING GRADING,
 GUTTERS, PIPING AND THE TREATMENT OF TURF, TO
 ACCOMMODATE STORMWATER AND TO PREVENT EROSION AND THE
 FORMATION OF SILT. CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION
 94-35(C)(11)
  
 PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROJECT WILL PROVIDE
 ADEQUATE DRAINAGE AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. [SECTIONS
 90-201, 94-35(C )(11), AND 94-307 OF THE CODE OF
 ORDINANCES].
  
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE ROOF DRAINS AND
 INDICATE WHERE THE RUNOFF FROM THE ROOF DRAINS WILL BE
 DIRECTED. THE ROOF DRAIN PEAK DISCHARGE RATE AND
 VELOCITY WILL NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL DESIGN
 OF THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
