 OF TITLE SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. PLEASE CONTACT VINCE NOEL, CITY
 SURVEYOR AT 561.494.1096 OR [email protected] FOR AN
 APPLICATION. A COPY OF THE UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT PACKAGE.
  
 2. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS (INCLUDING FDOT) SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FOR ANY WORK WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL
 INCLUDE TWO (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS,
 AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR THE LANDSCAPE
 WORK (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 4. ALL TREES PROPOSED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE
 SHALL BE PLANTED OUTSIDE OF THE THREE (3) FOOT PLATTED
 UTILITY EASEMENT.
