  A. A MINOR PD AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION, TO
 AMEND THE SITE PLAN AND ELEVATIONS TO REFLECT THE
 CURRENT PROPOSED BUILDING HEIGHT. ADDITIONALLY, A
 REVISION TO PERMIT #14110863 SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DIVISION TO AMEND THE SITE PLAN SO THAT IT IS
 CONSISTENT WITH THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS.
  
  B. ALL LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE LEEPER DRIVE MEDIANS
 SHALL BE REPLACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ADOPTED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED FOR THE COMMON AREAS, DATED
 APRIL 21, 2004.
  
 2. ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE REVIEWED AND INSTALLED UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMITS.
