 SPACING TO COMPARE PRESSURES AND SPACING FOR CODE

 2686-R3 REVERSE CLASSIC PANEL, PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE
 (2) STRENGTH OF PANELS WITHIN THIS REPORT BOTH BEING 26
 GAUGE METAL PANELS. PLEASE IDENTIFY IF THE 50 KSI OR
 THE 80 KSI ARE TO BE INSTALLED ON THIS PROJECT, THE
 PRESURES ARE DIFFERENT FOR THE SAME SPANS. FOR THE
 INTERIOR WALL ZONE 4, FOR (4) OR MORE SPANS @ 4 FT.
 (BASED ON THE 180 MPH GIRT SPACING SHEETP3 OF 05) THE
 REQIURED PRESSURE OF 44.76 VASD WILL WORK ON EITHER
 CHART, BUT IN WALL ZONE 5 THE END ZONE, WITH THE GIRTS
 SPACED 4 FT. O.C. THE REQUIRED PRESSURE OF 55.02
 NEITHER CHART MEETS THE REQUIRED PRESSURES, IN WALL
 ZONE 5 THE GIRTS WILL NEED TO BE CLOSER TOGETHER TO
 ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED PRESSURE OF 55.02 VASD AS ALLOWED
 BY THE PRODUCT LIMITATIONS. THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
 THE REDUCED SUPPORT SPACING MAY BE COMPUTED USING
 RATIONAL ANALYSIS PREPARED BY A FLORIDA PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER OR BASED ON NUCOR'S LOAD SPAN TABLE.
  
 6D) NUCOR ROOF PANEL PRODUCT APPROVAL FL4891-R-6
 CLASSIC PANEL HAS THE SAME (2) STRENGTH METALS, A 50KSI
 & 80 KSI. PLEASE IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCT IS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED ON THIS PROJECT. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL DOES
 INDICATE THE 50 KSI STEEL HAS TO BE DESIGNED BY OTHERS.
 IT WOULD APPEAR IF THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE INSTALLED THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO BE INVOLVED WITH THE
 DESIGN. THE 80 KSI PRODUCT STATES THAT WITH SUPPORTING
 PURLINS WITH SPACING OF 60.187 INCHES O. C. THE
 PRESSURES ARE GOOD FOR 52.5. WITHIN THIS PRODUCT
 APPROVALS THERE ARE NO SPAN TABLES PROVIDED. NUCORS ROF
 SPANS BASED ON THE 180 MPH SHEET P3 OF 05 INDICATES
 SPANS OF 4 FT. NUCORS STRUCTURAL DESIGN PAGGE A2 ROOF
 PRESSURES ARE IN VULT. WHEN CONVERTED OVER TO VASD ROOF
 ZONE PRESSURES OF ZONE # 1 -41.26,
 ZONE # 2 -71.83 & ZONE # 3 -106.23. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL BE ABLE TO MEET
 THESE PRESSURES.
