 THAT DEALS WITH THE METAL SKIN AS TO THEIR DESIGN
 CRITERIA? WILL THE WHOLE BUILDING BE DESIGNED UNDER
 ASCE 7-10 OR WILL THERE BE OTHER DESIGN CRITERIA FOR
 THE METAL FRAMING AND CLADDING OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PLANS ARE INCOMPLETE, THERE ARE ALSO NO MEZZANINE
 DETAILS, SHEET S-2.0 FOR BOTH THE FOUNDATION AND
 MEZZANINE BOTH REFER TO THE METAL BUILDING MANUFACTURER
