 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) REPAIRS 2010 FBC-EXISTING TO DETRMINE IF THERE IS
 STRURTURAL DAMAGE OR IF THIS IS JUST COSMETIC PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 506.2.2.1 EVALUATION.
 THE BUILDING SHALL BE EVALUATED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL, AND THE EVALUATION FINDINGS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CODE OFFICIAL. THE EVALUATION SHALL
 ESTABLISH WHETHER THE DAMAGED BUILDING, IF REPAIRED TO
 ITS PREDAMAGED STATE, WOULD COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THE CODES THAT WERE IN EFFECT WHEN THE BUILDING WAS
 PERMITTED.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE HOW ACCESS TO THE DAMAGED AREAS OF
 WALLS WILL BE ACCESSED, BY SCAFFOLDING, OR SWING STAGE?
 DOES ANY OF THE DAMAGED AREAS OCCUR OVER THE RIGHT OF
 WAY?
  
 3) 2010 FBC-B 3202.5 SIDEWALK OR STREET OBSTRUCTIONS.
 UNLESS ALLOWED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY
 HAVING JURISDICTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OR PUBLIC
 PROPERTY, PUBLIC PROPERTY SHALL BE MAINTAINED CLEAR OF
 ANY AND ALL OBSTRUCTIONS, INCLUDING AMONG OTHERS,
 SCAFFOLDING , POSTS, COLUMNS, OR OTHER IMPEDEMENTS. IF
 WORK IS OCCURING WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY ENGINEERING
 PERMITS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE OBTAINED.
  
 4) 2010 FBC-B 3306.2 WALKWAYS. A WALKWAY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR PEDESTRIAN TRAVEL IN FRONT OF EVERY
 CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION SITE UNLESS THE APPLICABLE
 GOVERNING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZES THE SIDEWALK TO BE
 FENCED OR CLOSED. WALKWAYS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT WIDTH
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, BUT IN NO CASE
 SHALL THEY BE LESS THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) IN WIDTH.
 WALKWAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A DURABLE WALKING
 SURFACE. WALKWAYS SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 11 AND SHALL BE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ALL
 IMPOSED LOADS AND IN NO CASE SHALL THE DESIGN LIVE LOAD
 BE LESS THAN 150 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT (PSF) (7.2
 KN/M2)
