 BORAL SAXONY 900 CONCRETE ROOF TILE A MIAMI-DADE NOA
 13-0723.05 WAS SUBMITTED.
 THE SUMMARY SHEET LIST THE ATTACHMENT METHOD OF THE
 TILE WITH 1 1/2 INCH RING SHANK SCREWS. THERE ARE (3)
 ISSUES HERE:
 1A) PLEASE INDICATE IF THE ATTACHMENT IS 1 OR 2 # 8
 SCREWS
 1B) PLEASE SEE SHEET 10 OF 10 TILE THICKNESS FOR
 (SAXONY 900-SPLIT SHAKE) OF 1 9/32 INCHES WITH THE
 UNDER LAYMENT THE 1 1/2 INCH SCREWS WILL NOT EVEN
 PENETRATE THE ROOF DECKING. FOR THE SAXONY 900- SLATE
 TILE THICKNESS OF 1 5/32 INCHES. TILE TO BE INSTALLED
 NOT IDENTIFIED.!!!!!!
 1C) PAGE 6 OF 10 IN THE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL ALSO
 MISSING THICKNESS OF DECK, WITH THE NUMBER OF SCREWS
 FOR ATTACHMENT AND DECK THICKNESS AS A UNKNOWNS THE
 MOMENT OF RESISTANCE CAN NOT BE DETERMINED.
  
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF
 ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND DELINEATE THE
 TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS, FASTENING
 REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS AND WIND RESISTANCE
 RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
