 2) THE 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1003.2
 ADDITIONAL GRAVITY LOADS. EXISTING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
 SUPPORTING ANY ADDITIONAL GRAVITY LOADS AS A RESULT OF
 ADDITIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING. THE ADDITION WILL IMPOSE LOADS ON SOME
 PORTION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING STRUCTURE THAT EXCEEDS
 THE CAPACITY OF THE MEMBER AND REQUIRE REINFORCEMENT OR
 OTHER MITIGATION. WHERE THE ADDITION RESULTS IN A NET
 INCREASE IN GRAVITY LOADS THAT IS SUPPORTED BY THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE AFFECTED STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

 IS TO SLOPE, WHAT THE ROOF PITCH WILL BE THE SIZE OF

 WALL GRAB BAR IS TO BE LOCATED AT 12 INCHES OFF THE
 CORNER, 42 INCHES LONG AND EXTENDING 54 INCHES FROM THE
 REAR WALL. IT APPEARS IN BOTH DETAILS THE GRAB BAR IS
 JAMBED IN THE CORNER, IT WILL BE OUT IN THE DOORWAY IF
 START POINT IS 12 INCHES FROM THE CORNER AND FROM THE
 REAR WALL.
  
 7C) THE ACCESSIBLE ELEVATION DETAIL, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WATER CLOSET, THE
 DIMENSIONS ARE ILLEGIBLE, FL ACCESS. CODE 604.2.
  
 7D) PLEASE SHOW SHOWER CONTROLS AND GRAB BAR LOCATIONS
 FOR SHOWER. FL ACCESS. CODE 608.3.
  
 7E) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIREMENT FL

 7F) THE TYPICAL ADA DOOR DETAIL SHOWS THE DOOR IN THE
 DOORWAY AND DIMENSIONED FROM JAMB TO JAMB 32 INCHES
 CLEAR. UNLESS THE DETAIL INDICATES THE USE OF OFFSET
 HINGES THAT THROUGH THE DOOR OUT OF THE JAMB, THE
 MINIMUM JAMB TO JAMB DIMENSION WOULD BE 2'-10" THAT
 WILL ALLOW 32 INCHES OF CLEAR OPENING.
 2010 FL ACESS. CODE 404.2.3 CLEAR WIDTH.
 DOOR OPENINGS SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES
 (815 MM) MINIMUM. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH
 SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF
 THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
