 OCCUPANCY, OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. IN AS SUCH
 ANY CHANGES TO THE APPROVED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. NOTE IF THE PERMIT
 SET OF ISSUED PLANS SHOWS A OPEN PORTE COCHERE, THEN
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A REVISION
 SHOWING THE ENCLOSING OF THIS SPACE. THE SPACE IS NO
 LONGER CONSIDERED A OPEN STRUCTURE IT WILL BE
 CONSIDERED ENCLOSED WITH NEW WIND LOADS AGAINST THE
 SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE, THE STRUCTURE WILL NEED TO BE
 EVALUATED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS FOR THE
