 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION TO
 INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT AND PROFESSIONAL DESIGN FEES. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $26,058. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $637.02.
  
 3- CLEARLY SPECIFY ON PLANS THE NAME OF THE ALTERED
 ROOM ADJACENT TO THE NEW BEDROOM ADDITION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 401.3 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ROOM IS
 NOT DEFINED AND NEED TO VERIFY EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4- WALL SECTION PROVIDED:
 A) LETTERING IS TOO SMALL AND IS MISSING INFORMATION.
 DRAWING WAS COPIED AND PASTED AND IS MISSING ALL THE
 INFORMATION ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 B) FOOTING INFORMATION IS NOT CLEAR. THERE IS
 INFORMATION REGARDING A STEM WALL, BUT THERE IS NOT
 STEM WALL SHOWN. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) CLEARLY SHOW THE FOOTING DIMENSION BELOW GRADE AND
 ABOVE GRADE. DIMENSION SHOWN IS OFFSET. COORDINATE WITH
