 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REPEAT COMMENTS FROM THE FIRST
 REVIEW:
  
 FBC 107.3.5.3 PROVIDE A MORE ACCURATE SITE PLAN OR
 SURVEY TO DEMONSTRATE BUILDING SEPARATION AND PROPOSED
 ELEVATION.
 4/26/15 THE SITE PLAN HAS A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNERS
 TITLE BLOCK AND THERRFORE MUST BE SIGNED AND SEALED PER
 FS 481. THE PLAN IS TOO SMALL TO BE LEGIBLE AND FOR
 RECORD RETENTION.
  
 SHEET S-5 CONTAINS ALTERNATE DETAILS AND OPTIONS FOR
 THE BUILDING FOUNDATION. PLEASE SELECT A SPECIFIC
 FOUNDATION DESIGN FOR THIS SITE AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 DETIAL TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIACNE WITH THE FOLLOWING FBC
 SECTIONS:
  
 1808.7.4 FOUNDATION ELEVATION.
 ON GRADED SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER
 AT POINT OF DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED
 DRAINAGE DEVICE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2
 PERCENT. ALTERNATE ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO
 THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN
 BE DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
 ALL LOCATIONS ON THE SITE.
  
 1809.4 DEPTH AND WIDTH OF FOOTINGS.
 THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF FOOTINGS BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM). WHERE
 APPLICABLE, THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 1809.5 SHALL
 ALSO BE SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 BE 12 INCHES (305 MM).
 4/26/15 THE REVISED SHEET S-5 DOES NOT ADEQUATELY
 ADDRESS THE OBJECTIONS ABOVE.
  
 THE VALUE OF $2,600.00 APPEARS UNDERVALUED. PLEASE
 UPDATE ACCORDING TO THE SECTION BELOW:
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 PLEASE REVISE AND RE-SUBMIT.
