 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PERMIT VALUE OF BUILDINGS 16
 AND 17 TRIGGER THE CITY'S ART ASSESSMENT IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 78-122 OF THE CITY CODE.
  
 1) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE DEVELOPER HAS ENTERED
 INTO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF WORKFORCE
 HOUSING UNITS WITH THE CITY.
  
 2) THE WORKFORCE TOWNHOMES ARE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TYPE
 FROM THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED PLANS. REMOVE THE
 LANDSCAPE VALUE FROM THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING. THE
 LANDSCAPE VALUE SHALL BE INCLUDED ONLY ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT.
  
 3) THE INTERIOR FINISH AND FIXTURES SHALL BE OF THE
 SAME STANDARDS AS THE NON-WORKFORCE UNITS.
  
 4) THE LIGHT POST SHOWN BETWEEN LOTS 103 AND 104 SHALL
 BE RELOCATED. ITS LOCATION, AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY,
 CONFLICTS WITH THE REQUIRED TREE FOR THAT LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND. STAFF SUGGESTS MOVING IT BETWEEN LOTS 104 AND
 105.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. PARKING LOT
 D. LIGHT POLES
 E. AWNINGS
