 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WHEN REQUIRED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. WHERE SUCH INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED, NO WORK SHALL BE DONE UNTIL SUCH CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS OR SCHEDULE, OR BOTH, ARE APPROVED.
  
 ASBESTOS: IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 553.79 F. S. THIS
 IS TO ADVISE YOU OF THE OWNERS OR OPERATOR???S
 RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE STATE & FEDERAL
 ASBESTOS REGULATIONS, INCLUDING SECTION 376.60 F. S.
 AND CFR 61- NESHAP REQUIREMENTS. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE-
 ASBESTOS SURVEYS AND SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN NOTIFICATION
 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION PRIOR TO:
 * DEMOLITION OF ALL REGULATED STRUCTURES; * MOST
 RENOVATION ACTIVITIES IN REGULATED STRUCTURES WHERE
 ASBESTOS IS DISTURBED OR REMOVED. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY
 RESULT IN SEVERE MONETARY PENALTY.
  
 2) SHEET D1.0 NOTES DEMOLITION KEY NOTES 3 & 4 INDICATE
 THE REMOVAL OF WINDOWS AND DOORS. THE DEMOLITION NOT #
 11 THE CONTRACTOR IS TO SECURE THE
 TENANT SPACE AT ALL TIMES. HOW WILL THIS BE
 ACCOMPLISHED. SINCE THERE ARE NO PLANS SUGGESTING A
 TENANT BUILD OUT WILL BE PERMITTED, THIS IS A SHELL OF
 THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING HAD BEEN DESIGNED AS A
 ENCLOSED BUILDING. WITH THE WINDOWS AND DOORS REMOVED
 PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE CONTRACTOR IS GOING TO ENSURE
 THIS STRUCTURE TO BE SECURED IN A HIGH WIND EVENT SINCE
 THE BUILDING WAS NEVER DESIGNED AS A OPEN OR PARTIALLY
 OPEN BUILDING. 2010 FBC-B
 1609.1 APPLICATIONS. BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND PARTS
 THEREOF SHALL BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND THE MINIMUM WIND
 LOADS PRESCRIBED HEREIN.
  
 3) 2010 FBC-B 3303.6 UTILITY CONNECTIONS. SERVICE
 UTILITY CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DISCONTINUED AND CAPPED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED RULES AND THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 4) NOTE, NO ACTION REQUIRED!!! SINCE THIS WILL IN
 EFFECT BE JUST A SHELL BUILDING WITH NO OCCUPANCY, THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE REVOKED AND THE TENANT
 BUILD-OUT WOULD REQUIRE A NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANY.
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE901.4 CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY REQUIRED. A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL BE
 ISSUED WHERE A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OCCURS THAT RESULTS
 IN A DIFFERENT OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DETERMINED
 BY THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
