 PERMIT TO BE LOCATED AT 800 HANK AARON DRIVE. KAST
 CONSTRUCTION SUBMITTED ADDRESSES TO BE USED BEFORE THE
 BUILDING PERMIT WERE ISSUED. THE SITE ADDRESS TO BE
 USED IS NOW 1590 CAMERON SAMUEL LN. PLEASE MAKE
 CORRECTIONS TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PLANS UNLESS
 THE CONTRACTOR IS LOOKING FOR A ADDRESS FOR THIS UNIT
 ONLY, THEN A NEW ADDRESS WILL BE REQUIRED.

 2) THE STATE APPROVED PLANS HAVE BEEN MINIATURIZED
 BEYOND 1/8 INCH EQUALLS 1 FOOT. THE PLANS ARE ELIGIBLE.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF
 BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A
 MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE
 MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
  
 3) THE ANCHORING PLAN IS A COPY, THE STATE APPROVED
 PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOUNDATION PLAN.
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT.

 4) THERE IS NO INDICATION IF THIS IS A TEMPORARY
 STRURCTURE, LESS THAN 180 DAYS ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. MODULAR BUILDINGS THAT ARE IN PLACE OVER
 180 DAYS ARE NOT TEMPORARY AND WOULD NEED TO MEET THIS
 BUILDING REQUIREMENT. 2010 FBC-B 1809.4 DEPTH AND WIDTH
 OF FOOTINGS.
 THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF FOOTINGS BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM). WHERE
 APPLICABLE, THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 1809.5 SHALL
 ALSO BE SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 BE 12 INCHES (305 MM).
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
