 THIS A FLAT ROOF SCREEN ENCLOSURE OR PITCHED ROOF?. IS
 THERE A 2X9 BEAM OR 3X3 EAVE RAIL?. PLANS ARE NOT
 CLEAR. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE CORRECT TABLE FOR THE ALLOWABLE BEAM SPAN TO
 MATCH PLANS. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A FLAT ROOF SCREEN
