 WORK, IF THE FUTURE ADDITION IS NOT TO BE PART OF THIS
 PERMIT PLEASE STRICKE IT FROM THE PLANS, NOT PART OF
 THIS PERMIT. THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE PLAN ARE ALL THE
 SHOWN OPENINGS EXISTING OR IS THERE ANY RECONFIGURATION
 OF WINDOWS AND OR DOORS INCLUDING NEW COLUMNS AND
 LINTELS.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 4) SHEET A-3 VARIOUSELEVATIONS SHOW ORNATE
 ARCHITECTURAL FACADE WORK, THERE ARE NO DETAILS HOW THE
 FACADE WILL BE MADE OR SECURED TO THE BUILDING.
  
 5) 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA
 AND DOCUMENTS:FLASHING DETAILS AND WILL THERE BE WOOD
 BUCKS FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS?
 1405.12.7 FLASHING.
 EXPOSED EDGES OF THIN EXTERIOR STRUCTURAL GLASS VENEER
 SHALL BE FLASHED WITH OVERLAPPING CORROSION-RESISTANT
 METAL FLASHING AND CAULKED WITH A WATERPROOF COMPOUND
 IN A MANNER TO EFFECTIVELY PREVENT THE ENTRANCE OF
 MOISTURE BETWEEN THE GLASS VENEER AND THE BACKING.
  
 1405.13 EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS.
 WINDOWS AND DOORS INSTALLED IN EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL
 CONFORM TO THE TESTING AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION 1715.5.

 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
