 1) MOVE THE NEW NOTE THAT WAS INCLUDED TO ADDRESS THE
 PREVIOUS REVIEW COMMENT REGARDING LIGHTING IN THE
 VICINITY OF A SWIMMING POOL. NEC ARTICLE 680.8-10. THIS
 NOTE WAS PLACED ON TOP OF THE PLAN RATHER THAN BEING
 PLACED IN AN OPEN SPACE FOR CLARITY.

 2) MOVE THE NOTE ?ALL CORRIDOR RECEPTACLES SHALL BE
 GFCI AND TAMPER RESISTANT? THIS NOTE WAS PLACED ON TOP
 OF THE PLAN RATHER THAN BEING PLACED IN AN OPEN SPACE
 FOR CLARITY. THE SYMBOL SHOULD BE CHANGED IN ALL
 CORRIDORS TO INDICATE THIS PARTICULAR OUTLET TYPE ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN.

 OUTLET. NEC 210.70
 THE BEDROOMS INDICATE A SWITCH CONTROLLED CEILING FAN
 BUT NO SWITCH CONTROLLED LIGHT OUTLET. THE GREAT ROOM
 INDICATES A SWITCH CONTROLLED RECEPTACLE BUT THE SYMBOL
 FOR THE OUTLET IS NOT DESIGNATED AS A SWITCH CONTROLLED
 RECEPTACLE.
  
 4) THE OUTLETS REQUIRED BY 210.52 (SPACING) DO NOT
 INCLUDE THE OUTLETS INDICATED FOR WALL MOUNTED TV?S
 WHERE THE RECEPTACLE OUTLET WILL BE INSTALLED ABOVE OR
 WHERE THEY ARE CONTROLLED BY A SWITCH SUCH AS IN THE
 GREAT ROOM. 210.52 ADDITIONAL RECEPTACLE OUTLET ARE
 REQUIRED TO MEET THIS CRITERIA.
  
 5) ADDITIONAL OUTLETS ARE REQUIRED AT THE KITCHEN
 COUNTERTOP BETWEEN THE STOVE AND THE SINK. 210.52
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS ACCOMPANIED BY
 MANUFACTURERS EQUIPMENT SUBMITTALS, AND SHOP DRAWINGS
 PLANS AND ENGINEERING ARE REQUIRED FOR SITE LIGHTING,
 GENERATORS. HOOD EXHAUST, FIRE ALARM, ACCESS CONTROL
 SYSTEM, SECURITY, CCTV, AUDIO/VIDEO, NETWORK, DATA,
 AND, COMMUNICATION.
  
 SHEET E-4.3
 7) ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY LIGHTING IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 COMMON AREA CORRIDORS, STAIRS, AND LOBBY AREAS. NEC
 700.16, 700.12

 8) PARKING LOT LIGHTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO BE
 CONTROLLED SO AS NOT TO BE IN OPERATION WHEN NOT
 REQUIRED OR DURING DAYTIME HOURS. THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 FBC-ENERGY SECTION 505.2 WILL ALSO APPLY TO THESE
 CIRCUITS.

 9) A SIMPLE TIME CLOCK IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR CONTROL OF
 THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO COMPLY WITH THE FBC-ENERGY
 SECTION 505.2. STATES: ?LIGHTING FOR ALL EXTERIOR
 APPLICATIONS NOT EXEMPTED IN SECTION 505.1 SHALL HAVE
 AUTOMATIC CONTROLS CAPABLE OF TURNING OFF EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING WHEN SUFFICIENT DAYLIGHT IS AVAILABLE OR WHEN
 THE LIGHTING IS NOT REQUIRED DURING NIGHTTIME HOURS.
 LIGHTING NOT DESIGNATED FOR DUSK-TO-DAWN OPERATION
 SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY EITHER A COMBINATION OF A
 PHOTOSENSOR AND A TIME SWITCH, OR AN ASTRONOMICAL TIME
 SWITCH.?

 10) REVISE THE LIGHTING FIXTURE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE THE
 FIXTURES STAIRWAY LIGHTING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 BATTERY BACKUP. NONE OF THE SYMBOLS IN THE LEGEND
 INCLUDE THE FIXTURE SYMBOL THAT HAS BEEN ADDED IN THE
 STAIRWAYS THAT REQUIRE BATTERY BACKUP.
