 ISSUANCE (AND COPIED AND PASTED INTO REVISION REVIEW).
 PLAN WAS REDLINED AT THAT TIME WITH THE REQUEST THAT
 THE LANGUAGE BE INCORPORATED INTO THE ARCHITECT?S PLAN
 BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT THAT TIME (MEANING
 THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT).
  
 THE LANGUAGE WAS NOT INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAN, AS
 EVIDENCED BY THE REVISION SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE REVISED
 LANGUAGE REGARDING GATES. SO THAT REQUREMENTS ARE CLEAR
 TO ALL PARTIES (CONTRACTOR, SUBS, INSPECTORS), PLEASE
 INCORPORATE THIS LANGUAGE INTO ARCHITECT'S PLAN AT THIS
 TIME.
  
 3. A0.1.2 AND OTHER SHEETS (LEVELS), EXIT ACCESS IS
 INTERRUPTED BY THE PARKING GARAGE AREA, SEE FBC 1020.1;
 LEVEL OF PROTECTION IS TO BE MAINTAINED UNTIL EXIT
 DISCHARGE. OCCUPANT ENTERS THE RATED CORRIDOR FROM THE
 UNIT, THEN ENTERS THE PARKING GARAGE OR OTHER NON RATED
 STORAGE AREA (SEE MARK ON PLAN), THEN ENTERS THE RATED
 EXIT STAIR. PLEASE REVISE TO PROVIDE CONTINUOUS
 PROTECTION.

 THERE IS ANOTHER AREA WHICH IS NOT CLEAR AS TO WHAT THE
 RECTANGLES DEPICT. THESE TWO AREAS HAVE BEEN MARKED
 (CLOUDED) ON THE PLAN.

 FLOORING UNDERLAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT, AT THIS TIME, NO
 MANUFACTURER HAS PROVIDED ALL THREE TESTS (FLAME SPREAD
 PER FBC 603.1/803.1.1, IIC PER FBC 1207.3, STC PER FBC
 1207.2) FOR TILE ON A 6" SLAB WITHOUT A DROPPED
 CEILING. IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FIELD TEST FOR SOUND
