| IMPORTANT: |
| THERE ARE SEVERAL ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. |
| THERE WAS BUILDING, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL |
| WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMITS. PERMIT APPLICATIONS WERE |
| APPLIED FOR, BUT PERMITS WERE NOT ISSUED. ONE |
| MECHANICAL PERMIT WAS ISSUED AND THE OTHER WAS NOT |
| (BOTH ARE EXPIRED NOW). THE BEST WAY TO CLEAR UP ALL |
| THE ISSUES IS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS AND |
| SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOTH BUILDINGS, MAIN BUILDING AND |
| REAR STRUCTURE. SHOW ALL WORK: DONE AND PROPOSED. |
| PROVIDE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE MAIN HOUSE AND |
| ANOTHER PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE REAR BUILDING. WHEN |
| ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK IS CLARIFIED, THE PERMITS WILL BE |
| ISSUED AND ALL THE EXPIRED PERMITS AND PERMIT |
| APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROPERLY REVOKED. |
