 1- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ALTERATION LEVEL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 401.4 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 NOTE: KEEP IN MIND CHANGE OF USE FROM GARAGE, STORAGE,
 LAUNDRY AND PLAY ROOM (PER CITY RECORDS MAY 29, 1957)
 TO ADDITIONAL INDEPENDENT APARTMENT AND GARAGE.
  
 2- CONVERSION TO ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNIT REQUIRES
 REVIEW BY THE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES.
 PLEASE BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG
 RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 3- WINDOWS IN THE PROPOSED BEDROOM DON'T COMPLY WITH
 SEC. R310 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. AT LEAST ONE WINDOW
 NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM WIDTH, HEIGHT AND
 TOTAL CLEAR OPENING. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY.
  
 4- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 5- CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ENERGY CODE AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO
 AVOID DELAYS OR CONFLICTS. SPECIFY INSULATION IN ALL
 WALLS AND CEILING (INCLUDING EXTERIOR WALLS). NOTE: R19
 INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON A 2X4 STUD WALL. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. ALSO, CLARIFY WALL TYPE AND STUD SPACING:
 WALL LEGEND SAYS METAL STUDS, WHILE WALL SECTION 1B
 SAYS WOOD STUDS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR THE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS.
  
 7- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 8- PARTITION WALL TYPE 1B DETAIL ON SHEET A-2: PROVIDE
 SPECS SHOWING HOW IS THE GYPSUM BOARD ATTACHED TO THE
 BOTTOM OF THE TRUSSES. THE WAY IT'S DRAWN IT LOOKS LIKE
 IT'S SUSPENDED ON THE AIR NOT ATTACHED TO THE TRUSS.
 REVISE/CLARIFY DETAIL AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 9- CLARIFY WHY THERE WAS A SEPARATE SIGNED AND SEALED
 WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULED SUBMITTED?. THIS SCHEDULES
 ARE ALREADY SHOWN ON SHEET A-4. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- REVISE STRUCTURAL DOORS AND WINDOWS STRUCTURAL BUCK
 SHOWN ON SHEET A-4. THE BUCK SIZE NEEDS TO PROVIDE FULL
 SUPPORT TO THE DOOR AND WINDOW FRAME AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R612.10.2.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 NOTE: PLANS SUBMITTED ONLY SHOW WORK IN THE REAR
 APARTMENT BUILDING. THERE ARE NO PLANS FOR THE MAIN
 HOUSE, EXCEPT FOR THE A/C WORK. THERE IS AN EXPIRED
 PERMIT APPLICATION DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2014 FOR WORK ON
 THE MAIN HOUSE. THIS PERMIT WAS NEVER ISSUED.
